House rules

  • Check-in after 3:00 PM
  • Checkout before 10:00 AM
  • Maximum 8 guests
  • No pets
  • No smoking

Cancellation policy

  • Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before check-in
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in
  • No refund on or after the check-in date

Winter driving

The private gravel road (0.15 miles) to the property is unpaved and can be snowy or icy. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is required November through April. The road is plowed regularly, but plan accordingly.

  • Exterior security cameras on property

Rental agreement

All direct booking guests will receive a rental agreement via email after booking confirmation. The agreement covers liability, property rules, and damage responsibility.
